The scientists at La Prairie developed Caviar Premier, designed as a mimetic fingerprint of natural caviar’s chemical composition – a milestone in caviar research. La Prairie’s scientists have also developed Caviar Absolute, a highly concentrated form of caviar which is obtained using a precise extraction process to isolate the two most abundant ingredients in caviar – caviar oils and caviar proteins. These two Swiss caviar ingredients come together in a fusion of potency to create a gravity-defying serum that enriches with life.
