    THE CLINIC AND PAUL NIEHANS

    Doctor Paul Niehans begins his pioneering work in cellular therapy at Clinique La Prairie.

    RENOWN

    From its early days, the clinic hosted many of the most influential people from the highest echalons of society. World leaders, artists and others in-the-know gathered at Clinique La Prairie to enjoy its pristine setting and rejuvenating treatments.

    1953

    THE POPE

    Following the rejuvenating treatment given to Pope Pius XII, the clinic became internationally recognized.

    PUBLICATION

    Dr Niehans publishes the results of his breakthrough research in Introduction to Cellular Therapy, cementing his reputation as a visionary innovator.

    A CELLULAR REVOLUTION BEGINS

    On its eternal quest for timeless beauty, La Prairie took inspiration from the clinic’s and Paul Niehans’ advanced rejuvenation treatments to create the Exclusive Cellular Complex.

    La Prairie creates a skincare phenomenon with the introduction of Skin Caviar, the first encapsulated delivery system to contain active ingredients sourced from real caviar.

    With the launch of Skin Caviar Luxe Cream, La Prairie reinterprets the original Skin Caviar in an exquisite face cream, declaring, “Neither skin nor psyche will ever be the same”.

    THE GOLD STANDARD

    La Prairie casts a 24-carat glow onto skin with the launch of The Radiance Collection. This is the first line to suspend gold with quartz, liquid crystals and reflective pigments. Vitality and radiance are enhanced from within.

    La Prairie creates Platinum Rare Cellular Cream, which visibly transforms all signs of aging with the powerful anti-aging benefits of platinum, the most precious metal on earth.
