Is a signature required for the delivery of my La Prairie order?

Please be aware that, in order to ensure your security, your signature will be required upon receipt of your package. PUROLATOR will only accept the personal signature of the recipient or a pre-selected authorized person. Should you be unavailable when your package arrives, PUROLATOR will re-try at a later date, or place your La Prairie order at a PUROLATOR Access point.

How long can I expect for my La Prairie order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping take approximately 5-7 business days based on the destination.

Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. La Prairie Canada e-boutique cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered.

Purolator Express (Standard Business Hours): $35
