Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND:
USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL - Please complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the unused portion, in its original packaging and enclose the completed form. Affix the Purolator pre-paid shipping label included your package and either hand this parcel over to your local post office or give the package to your closest Purolator.
USE ANOTHER SHPPING METHOD – Complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the merchandise in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided on the front of the form. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
