La Prairie Canada e-boutique currently offers FREE standard shipping for all orders in Canada. The following shipping & handling charges apply to express shipping:

Standard (Purolator Ground): 5-7 business days: $0
Express (Purolator Express): 1-2 business days: $35

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days based on the destination.

Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. La Prairie Canada e-boutique cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your La Prairie purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on La Prairie (Canada) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return.

Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND:

USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL - Please complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the unused portion, in its original packaging and enclose the completed form. Affix the Purolator pre-paid shipping label included in your package and either hand this parcel over to your local post office or give the package to your closest Purolator.

USE ANOTHER SHPPING METHOD – Complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the merchandise in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided on the front of the form. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.

Pre-Order items. These items are not immediately available for shipping but can be purchased online through invite two to three weeks prior to the public release. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be reserved when or shortly after your order is placed and your credit card will only be charged for pre-order reservations at the time of shipment. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and again when you receive order confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
