La Prairie always aims for complete client satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your laprairie.com purchase, you may submit a return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that only items purchased on laprairie.com with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for return. Furthermore, final sale items may not qualify for return.

La Prairie would like to advise that should you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items. Failure to do so may result in your return not qualifying for acceptance.
