La Prairie currently offers complimentary standard delivery for all online orders in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping & handling charges apply to Express and Priority shipping:

Standard: Delivered within 3-5 business days: $0
Express: Delivered within 2 business days if order placed before 1.30pm EST: $15
Priority: Delivered next business day if order placed before 1.30pm EST: $25

Currently laPrairie.com only ships to the above locations. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.

What are La Prairie’s returns and exchange policies?

If you are not completely satisfied with your laprairie.com purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on laprairie.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

In order to receive a refund:

1. Contact the Client Services to have a return shipping label emailed to you.
2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
3. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.

Use another shipping method
Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
