If you are not completely satisfied with your laPrairie.com purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on the La Prairie website (USA) with valid accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
- 1. Contact customer service to have a return shipping label emailed to you. Call 800-821-5718 or email

- 1. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
- 2. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.
USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD
Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return order to arrive at our warehouse, undergo processing and a refund to be issued.
